I haven’t gone to a beach or public pool in years due to becoming a chubby boy. One goal this year is to get into shape.I started working out Jan 14, 2011, 5’9″ at about 195 lbs. I weighed in today March 4, 2011 at 174 lbs.
I’m really happy with the results so far. I’m currently doing “Insanity” cardio 6 days a week and lifting 5 nights a week. My target weight is around 165 lbs.
