Now at 170 pounds… Haven’t been as active in the gym since my studies have been Crazy but I’m still progressing. Solid 25 pounds lost since January 14.
I ditched my current lifting schedule and doing insanity Max cardio and insanity Upper body.
Can’t wait to get home and use a gym with more variety.
